The Flames will be holding open tryouts for the 2009-2010 season on June 11 and June 16. See on announcements.

The U16 Flames (ODSL D1) won the HCC U17 Classic Division edging out the U17 FSC Fury. The Flames topped the Fury 2-1 in their head-to-head match. The Flames also beat the U17 FPYC Monarchs (WAGS D4) 4-0 and the U16 FCSC Sharks (WAGS D5) 3-0. The lone blemish on an outstanding weekend was a 0-0 tie with the U17 Reston Nightmares (WAGS D4).
